Voltlingo (“we”, “our”, “the Service”) provides technical English training for engineers. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information we collect

• Account data: email address, display name, and authentication identifiers when you sign in with Google.
• Learning progress: XP, streak, hearts, unit completion, and per-term mastery stored to sync your progress across devices.
• Device & usage: basic analytics (pages viewed, feature usage) and technical logs for security and performance.
• Advertising: optional ads may appear only when you refill hearts. We use Google AdSense, which may use cookies and similar technologies to serve and measure ads. You can learn more in Google’s Advertising Policies and manage ad personalization at Google Ad Settings.

How we use information

• Provide and improve the learning experience
• Authenticate users and manage PRO subscriptions and group access where applicable
• Process subscriptions and in-app purchases when enabled
• Comply with legal obligations and prevent abuse

Data storage & security

Progress and account data are stored in Google Firebase (Firestore / Authentication) with industry-standard encryption in transit. We do not sell your personal data.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account data by contacting us. You can sign out and reset local progress from the Profile screen.

Children

The Service is intended for professionals aged 16+. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
